The up-to-date REACH SVHC list can be found on the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) website.
Pens.com declares that based on the test reports, the information received from our supply chain and to the best of our knowledge, the products intended for the European market do not contain SVHCs in concentration above 0.1%, except for the products listed in the disclosure statement below.
The listed products are lawfully placed on the European Union market and do not present any risk to the consumers and/or the environment under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.
