    Can I order less than the minimum order quantity?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate order sizes less than the minimum quantity. Orders are packaged and shipped based on specific increments.

    How do I pay for my order?

    We make it easy with multiple ways to pay for your order:

    1. Pay online when you order through Pens.com.
    2. Select PayPal Pay In 4 at checkout to pay in three, interest-free payments on purchases of $30-$2,000.
    3. Select the Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout. Your invoice will be included with your delivered order.

    Is there a minimum order quantity to qualify for free delivery?

    While we do not offer free delivery year-round, we do have free delivery offers from time to time. Subscribe to our emails to make sure you do not miss out on the next sale!

    Do you store credit card information?

    No, we take your security seriously and do not store your credit card information.

    Do you offer samples?

    We do! Contact us to request your free sample and we’ll ship it to you at no cost.

    Will I see a preview of my artwork?

    Yes! For most products you’ll see a preview of your custom artwork before you place your order. Please note that there are some products that don’t show your artwork while you’re customising. To see and approve how your artwork will look on the product, you can also check off the box requesting an emailed product proof.
