    Just Between Friends, a woman-owned franchise co-owned by Cassandra Bartle, has earned the hearts of its Lower Bucks County, PA community! Twice a year, families come together to shop and sell pre-loved children’s clothing and toys at consignment events. JBF uses custom recycled tote bags to offer shoppers a handy, reusable way to carry their purchases while promoting the brand's mission of “Recycling by Reselling”.
