    What’s the status of my order?

    You can check your order status by entering your order number here. For additional support regarding the status of your order, you can contact us and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help.

     What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order. While we strive to provide the best service to our customers, unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong. The good news is, we’re here to help! Please contact us as soon as possible so our Customer Care Team can address your concerns. Make sure to hold onto all products.

    Can I edit my order?

    Once an order is placed, it can't be edited online. For assistance in updating your order, please contact us.

    Can I cancel my order?

    As long as it has not gone into production, you can cancel your order. Contact us for assistance.

    Do you offer an express service?

    Absolutely, contact us about our express service. For an additional cost, we will rush your order through production and guarantee a fast delivery by courier.

    Where is my order?

    If your order has been dispatched, you can track it using your tracking number. You can also contact us and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help.

    Can I get half my order with blue ink and the other half with black?

    We’ll be happy to include both ink colours in your order; just contact us for assistance. Please note that there will be an extra dispatch and handling charge for each colour.

    Can I order less than the minimum order quantity?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate order sizes less than the minimum quantity. Orders are packaged and delivered based on specific increments.

    I ordered the assorted option. Why did I not receive all the colours?

    Assortment is based on availability and may not include all colours. We try to fill each assorted order with all the colours. However, in the event that one or more of the colours is out of stock, we still want to get your order to you on time. We will fulfil your order as long as we have three or more colours available. Otherwise, we will get in touch to offer you alternatives.

    Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

    We’ll send a confirmation email straight to your inbox. If you have not yet received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

    Can I reorder previously purchased products?

    Yes, simply sign in to your account and select My Account > Order History > Reorder.

    Can I order a larger quantity than is listed on your site?

    Good news! We offer significant discounts for large quantity orders. Just contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.

    Why do I have to cancel my order to update my imprint?

    Once an order gets sent to production, we are no longer able to edit or make changes to the personalisation. Cancellation is required to ensure we get your order re-processed exactly as you want it.
